CSA Indonesia, the distributor of Harman Professional in the country, recently conducted an audiovisual and lighting workshop aimed at house of worship technicians, volunteers and worship leaders. The event was titled Impact Experience Day 2018 and staged at the GBI Pejaten Village church.
Approximately 100 people from more than 30 different churches attended Impact Experience Day, gaining insight into worldwide house of worship A/V and lighting trends, as well as learning tips and techniques pertaining to Harman Professional products. Equipment on display included Soundcraft’s Vi2000 and Si Impact mixers, JBL’s PRX800W series portable PA, VRX928LA line array and EON600 series speakers, as well as Crown’s i-Tech 5000HD amplifier, AKG’s WMS4500D7 wireless microphone system and Martin Professional’s Rush lighting fixtures.
CSA system engineer Endrylee Simanjuntak presented the audio and lighting training, covering the Soundcraft consoles, JBL speakers and Martin lighting. Lody Mamahit from the Indonesia Audio Engineer Community then shared tips and tricks on how to live mix and record while Jeffry Wadoe from CSA went on to explain in-depth audio techniques.
With Harman now owned by electronics giant Samsung, CSA’s visual product manager, Hendy Pramana, introduced those in attendance to the Korean company’s professional visual solutions for houses of worship. Two lucky attendees also won prizes given away by Samsung Electronics Indonesia.
‘I would like to thank everyone who came out to Impact Experience Day 2018 to learn and see how we can help you enhance the worship experience at churches with our complete and integrated audio, visual and lighting solutions from Harman and Samsung,’ commented Setiawan Winarto, CEO of CSA.
